A. 20° Tube Rotation
Up to 20 degree tube rotation is provided for more challenging techniques that require oblique angles.

B. Angulation Gauge
An integrated angulation gauge gives precise placement with 2.5 degree angulation markings.

C & D. Collimator and Crosshair
The beam collimator makes digital radiography a snap. Easy to slide and position controls give accurate collimation. The two axis laser crosshairs provide pinpoint centering accuracy from any angle.

E. Center Indicator
Makes it easy to locate the detector center regardless of the position of the table top.

F. Ergonomic Handles
Easy-to-use ergonomic handles give quick access to tube rotation and tubeslide position locks. Designed for sure grip and comfort, the handles are easy for any size hand to use.

G. High Res Preview Monitor
To ensure accurate positioning and technique the Fovea system includes a high resolution 1024x768 LCD monitor. This display allows you to conveniently see both preview and processed images.

H. X-Ray Controls
An easily adjustable arm keeps the X-Ray controls at your fingertips but out of the way. Mounted on the tubeslide column, the operator controls provide quick access to Fovea’s super simple DR anatomical programming.

Whether making manual or APR techniques the Fovea controls are flexible. Adjustable height, angle, and right or left location provide maximum convenience and usability.

I. Rugged Aluminum Frame
Fovea was designed to be tough and long-lasting. Unique to its design is a light weight, ultra strong extruded aluminum frame that’s impervious to chemical corrosion. Other unique features include ABS plastic shapers with easy-to-clean, edge-free surfaces that offer protection, reduce weight, and increase comfort and safety.

Steel parts are finished with a specially developed powder-coat that resists harsh chemicals and provides long-lasting good looks. In addition, this unique coating is incredibly easy to keep clean.

J. Two-Way Table Float
The Fovea Digital Radiography Veterinary System provides full two-way table float, allowing for easy positioning of large animals. The integrated under table switch provides easy and convenient access to release the fully electric table locking system.

K. Table Top Lock Switch
Conveniently located under the front edge of the table and requiring less than 8 ounces of pressure the table float lock switch makes table movement simple and safe.

L. Fluid Channel
The table top is specially designed to hold bodily fluids safely out of harms way. Able to easily hold one gallon (US) of fluid, this method is far superior to commonly used Eurotrack type systems and can be easily cleaned.

M. Storage Drawer
Our engineers thought of everything including a center drawer with more than two cubic feet of storage capacity. Perfect for gloves, calipers, or whatever non-fluid items you need a place for.

N. Foot Pedal Switches
Three X-Ray prep/expose foot pedal switches are standard equipment on the Fovea system. Hands stay free to manage patients while you easily make exposures from any side of the table.

O. Tie-Down Handles
Located on both sides of the table top the tie down handles give quick and convenient places to fasten patient tie-down straps.
